Adept Technology has announced packaging equipment and systems integrator Harpak-ULMA as a primary and secondary food packaging partner.
According to Adept, Harpak-ULMA defines, configures, and delivers fully integrated solutions with the help of the company's robots, software, and grippers to enhance speed and efficiency on food processing lines.
Adept vice president of North America sales Merrill Apter said the company provides a set of tools that are food-focused and adaptable to flexible production requirements.
"We look forward to working with them now as a preferred partner to enable state-of-the-art automated packaging systems that enhance food processors' efficiency and yields," Apter added.
Adept's 'Quattro s650HS' parallel robot has secured USDA certification for meat and poultry processing.
