China Gerui Advanced Materials Group Limited a leading high precision, cold rolled steel producer in China announced the results of its 2012 Annual General Meeting held on November 29, 2012 in Zhengzhou, China.
At the Annual Meeting, shareholders elected each of the following nominees to the Company's Board of Directors for a term of three years: Mingwang Lu, Yi Lu and Yunlong Wang.
Shareholders also ratified the appointment of UHY Vocation HK CPA Limited as the Company's independent public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31st 2012.
